Gujarati-style Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 medium cauliflower, (5 cups chopped)1 Tbsp Sunflower Oil.5 tsp Mustard seeds1 tsp Turmeric.5 tsp sea salt.5 tsp curry, mild.75 cup water1 Tbsp Coriander powder
Directions
Makes 4-5 servings. Calories are for 4.

Cut cauliflower into smal pieces about .25-.5 of an inch. wash. In a medium skillet heat oil and add mustard seeds. When they pop, Add turmeric, salt and cauliflower. Mix well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Then add rest of ingredients, including water. Cook for another 5 minutes over low heat, covered.

Goes well with rice and dal.
