Ingredients: * Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 large (remove) * Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, chopped (remove) * Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove) * *Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese, 4 oz (remove)
Directions
brown hb, cook mushrooms and onion (sliced up). Put 4 slices of pepper jack cheese on top, broil for a minute. Makes 4 servings.
