Artichole Lemon pesto

Ingredients
2/3 can quartered artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed1/4 C Shredded Parmesan cheese2 T Olive oilJuice of 1/2 a lemon1 garlic clove Crushed red pepper (start with a tsp and add more as needed)salt to taste
Directions
I put all the ingredient in my Magic Bullet and pulse until a paste has formed. I am sure you could use a small blender, food processor, or chopper with similar results.
