Raw Mango Pie

Ingredients
Ingredients:CrustRaw Almonds 1/2 cupCoconut, dried, unsweetened, 4 tbspRaw Golden Flax Seeds, 2 tbspRaw Pecans, 1/2 cupRaw Honey or Agave Nectar, about 2 tbsp1-2 TB Coconut Oil1/2 tsp saltFilling:Fresh mangos - 2Raw Cashews , 1 ozCoconut Oil, 4 tbspRaw Honey or Agave Nectar, 3 tbspStevia, 2 packetsdash of salt
Directions
Add nuts to food processor and process until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and process until well mixed. Oil a small pie pan lightly with coconut oil, and then press the crust mixure firmly into the pan. place in refridgerater while making filling.
For the filling, add all ingredients into the food processor and process until smooth consitancy is reached. Pour the filling into the crust and refridgerate for several hours or overnight. This makes apx. 8 delicious servings.
