Easy Hummus

15.5oz can Chickpeas3 cloves garlic6tbs. Tahini2tbs. extra virgin olive oil1oz. lemmon juice (or to taste)1tsp. salt (or to taste)1/4c water
In a food processer add
Can of drained and rinsed Chickpeas
3 cloves of garlic ( I crush them with a knife first)
6tbs.Tahini
1oz. lemmon juice
1tsp. salt
1/4c water (more or less)depends on how thick you want it.
Blend till smooth (about 2min,)
