Ingredients
370 ml evaporated milk1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese1/4 cup soft margarinegarlic powder to taste
Directions
bring evaporated milk and margarine to a low boil in a medium saucepan. Add parmesan and garlic powder, and allow the sauce to simmer for about 15 minutes until it thickens. Serve over cooked pasta. You can also add sauteed chicken breast, sundried tomatoes, green onions or any of your favorite vegetables. Sauce makes 8 servings. 1/4 cup (50mL)/serving.
