Ingredients
1 Package of Simply Organic Carrot Cake Mix2 large eggs1/2 cup of water3/4 pumpkin filling
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F
Grease bottom of 8-inch or 9-inch round cake pan
Empty mix into mixing bowl and add eggs and pumpkin filling. Stir until mixture is evenly moist and pour into cake pan.
Bake for 45- 50 mins- do not under bake.
Makes 8 slices.
