Bean and Veggie Burrito

Ingredients
1 whole wheat tortilla2 Kraft Singles cheese slices6 tbsp refried beans1/3 cup green peppers, cut in strips or diced4 slices tomato
Directions
Assemble all ingredients in the tortilla shell and roll up. You can eat it cold (which I do often), or you can cook it by wrapping it in foil and baking at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
