Barley Casserole a la Elizabeth

Ingredients
2 Chopped Onion1 lb Chopped Fresh Mushroom2 tsp Canola or Olive Oil1 900 ml container of Chicken Broth2 cups of pearl barley
Directions
Chop onions and mushrooms, fry in oil add to casserole dish add barley and fry it. Add chicken broth cook for 90 minutes at 375.

My Daughter Elizabeth makes this and it is always perfect.
