Moroccan Chicken Slow Cooker Stew

2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken 2 Garlic Cloves1 small or ½ large yellow onion1 – 28 ounce can diced tomatoes1 – 15 ounce can pinto beans drained1 – can cream of chicken soup (leave condensed) 2 tsp ground cumin1 tsp ground ginger1 tsp cinnamon ½ tsp ground coriander½ tsp black pepper3 stalks celery
Cut the Chicken into nice size chunks.
Chop Garlic Cloves
Chop Onion
Put all of this into the crock pot and cook for about 4.5 hours.
I usually serve over egg noodles or jasmine rice.
