Lynn's Macaroni Salad

1 box cooked Ronzoni Elbows Pasta2 1/2 cups Miracle Whip Light1/4 cup cider vingegar2T mustard2T sugar1tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper2cups celery chopped2cups red or green or miced peppers1 cup of shredded carrots1cup diced Kirby cucumbers1/2 cup onion(or green onion)1tsp dried parsley(can use fresh 1/4 cup if you have it)
Cook Pasta, and rinse with cold water to stop cooking, set aside to drain. *DO NOT OVERCOOK
In a bowl mix all other ingredients, add to pasta, mix well. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled.
Makes 15 (1 cup servings).
*Use low fat mayo if prefered.
*You can use 1 1/2 cups of Miracle Whip(or low fat mayo) and 1 cup of plain yogurt if you wish.
