Cabbage Bean Tomato Soup

Ingredients
8 c chopped cabbage2 c cooked lima beans3 c stewed tomatos1 c chopped carrots2 c black beans1.5 c cooked barley6c tomato juice
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and simmer until the juice is reduced about half, or until you are happy with the consistency.
Makes 12, 2 cup servings. (this is at a 'stew' consistency---dependent upon the amount of reduction)
