Cashew Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
2 c uncooked elbows3 c cubed cooked chicken breast1/2 c velveeta1 small onion1 med. green pepper1 can cream of mushroom soup1 can cream of chicken soup1 can chicken broth (14.5 oz)1 1/3 c milk1/4 c butter, melted2/3 c saltines crushed (about 20)3/4 c cashew halves
Directions
in a greased 13x9 baking dish, layer the 1st 4 ingredients in the order listed. In a large bowl, combine the soups, chicken broth and milk. Pour over all. Cover and refrigerate over night.

Toss butter and cracker crumbs; sprinkle over casserole. Top with cashews. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
