2 chicken breasts2TBS Butter1 cup skim milk2TBS light cream cheese4 TBS fat free chicken broth1 tsp minced garlic1 tsp parsley2 tsp flour1/3 cup Parmesan cheese1 crystal farms string cheeseAll season salt Black Pepper
Cut chicken in chunks. spray skillet. Add chicken, garlic, and parsley and sprinkle on all season salt. Saute chicken over medium high heat until cook through. Remove chicken form pan. To same skillet, add butter and chicken broth once butter is melted add, flour. Stir to make a paste. Add cream cheese and Parmesan cheese stir until cheese is melted. Add milk, stirring until sauce is smooth. Add string cheese in pieces, stirring until melted. Add black pepper and more salt if desired. Return chicken to pan with sauce. Coat and heat through. Remove from heat and serve over your favorite pasta. Makes 4 2/3 cup servings.
