Ingredients
1 cup oat flour.5 tsp salt2 tsp baking powder1.5 tsp peanut oilMilk, fat free
Directions
Mix dry ingredients
cut in oil
mix with milk
roll out about 1/2 inch thick
cut with biscuit cutter
bake at 400 for about 12 minutes or until golden brown

Serving Size: makes 4 21/5 inch biscuits
