Ingredients: Dry: 1.5 C whole wheat flour 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda Wet: 1 C canned pumpkin 1/2 C raisins 1/4 C nonfat Greek yogurt 1/4 C unsweetened applesauce 2 egg whites (this is equal to 1/3 C liquid egg whites from a carton)
mix all dry ingredients in 1 bowl, and wet ingredients in a seperate bowl, combine until mixed well. spray muffin pan (can also be made as a bread- bake time approx 75 mins for bread) add to muffin pans and bake 25 mins for reg muffins 40 mins for jumbo, until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
