*PAM - Original - Fat-Free No-Stick Cooking Spray, 0.81 gram(s) Onions, raw, 1 large Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped Ground bison (buffalo), 5.33 serving ( 3 oz ) brown rice (1 cup cooked), 2 serving Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) *Beef Bullion (2 cubes), 1 serving *Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 4 oz *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium), 2 tsp *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 4.5 cup Garlic, .25 cup Cabbage
Cook rice in a pot with water and 1 cube of beef bullion. Saute 3/4 onion, carrots with taco seasoning. Saute Bison in a pan until cooked. Combine rice, carrots and onions, bison, and cream cheese. Place filling in two large leaves each creating 9 cabbage rolls. Sauce remaining onion, garlic with cooking spray and place in spaghetti sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until cabbage tender.
