Vegan Chocolate Coconut Truffles

Ingredients
Ingredients:Cacao, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 cup Dates, 1 cup, pitted, chopped Coconut, raw, 1 cup, shredded Almonds, 1 cup, ground Coconut Oil, 4 tbsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Peach Nectar, 1 fl oz (water can also be used to moisten)optional: extra shredded coconut to roll truffles in (chopped almonds,or cacao powder may also be used if desired.
Directions
No cooking....blend in a food processor all ingredients and add peach nectar as needed to soften mixture. Take teaspoon size mounds and roll into balls then roll into extra chopped nuts or coconut. Lay on wax paper and refrigerate for 20min. Then enjoy...yummy.
