Light Lunch-Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients
1 large can of chicken (in water)1 tbsp sweet relish2 tbsp fat free mayonnaiseSalt and pepper to taste3 large tomatoes
Directions
Mix all ingredients, except tomatoes, in medium sized bowl.
Take tomatoes and slice across in a star pattern until they look similar to an onion blossom.
Stuff center with chicken salad mix.
