zucchini, mushrooms, red onions, green and red bell peppers, greek seasoning, olive oil, mrs. dash, red wine vinegar
Cut up zucchini, onion, bell peppers, into large chunks. Mix oil, vinegar, Mrs. Dash, and greek seasoning to make marinade. Place vegetables into marinade for 15 -30 minutes. Skewer vegetables and grill until vegetable are tender but not mushy about 15 minutes turning halfway through.
