Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese1 egg1/2 cup granulated splenda1 tsp vanilla1/2 cup chocolate chips (sugar free)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Microwave cream cheese for 40 seconds to soften. Mix cream cheese, splenda, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour mixture into 6-8 lined cupcake cups. Bake for 20 minutes or until set.
