Ingredients
2.5 lbs old neighborhood corned beef brisket (with season Pack)1/2 head cabbage sliced1 medium onion sliced1 tsp better then bouillion beef base1tsp better then bouillion vegetable base1 1/2 tbls minced garliccold water to cover4 small potato's rough chop skins on
Directions
place the diced potato's in the bottom of a crock pot. "large enough to hold everthing" Add corned beef and season pack to the top of potato's. Chop the cabbage into 1/4" wide by 3" long stips. Sice the onion & mix with the cabbage. Then place the mix on top of the corned beef. Add the minced garlic. Cover the entire mixture with water. Now boil one cup of water to disolve the bases, then ad to the pot. Turn the pot on low cover and enjoy for dinner after a long day at work....
