Sugar Free Rice Pudding

Ingredients
*Better 'n' Eggs egg substitute, 0.5 cup 2 cups of cooked white rice1/2 cup of SplendaRaisins, 1 small box (1.5 oz) Milk, 1%, 2 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Salt, .25 tsp
Directions
Spray non-stick spray into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

In a separate bowl, combine egg beaters, splenda, raisins, milk, vanilla and salt.

If rice is cold, warm up in casserole dish for one minute. Stir in liquid mixture.

Bake at 350 uncovered for one hour, stirring occassionally.

Serve warm or cold!
