1 mango (peeled and diced up)1 apple (diced)1 cup blueberries1 cup pineapple tidbits (no juice)1/2 of a cantaloupe (cubed or scooped into balls)3 mandarin oranges (peeled and separated)8 oz nonfat vanilla yogurt
peel and dice up mango and cantaloupe. dice up apple. drain any juice off of pineapples. peel and separate oranges. Throw all of the fruit into a large mixing bowl. Make sure its mixed pretty evenly. Take a couple paper towels and blot the fruit to absorb any excess juices. finally, mix yogurt into the fruit and its ready to be served! :)
