Scrambled Eggs w/Chipotle (Tsetsoh's favorite)

Ingredients
For each serving you'll need one brown egg (Egglands Best Organic), 1/4 cup egg white (Organic Valley), 1/4 tsp Southwest Chipotle seasoning (Mrs Dash), and 1tbsp dried minced onions (McCormick).
Directions
This recipe makes one serving.

Place non-stick skillet on low-medium heat while preparing ingredients.

- Scramble brown egg and egg-white in bowl.

- When skillet is warm-hot pour in egg mixture.

- Add Chipotle seasoning and dried onion.

- When mixture starts to cook (light skin starts showing on bottom) stir occasionally (fold lightly). When done put into plate and enjoy.

For a little more flavor add a splash of hot sauce. Cholula is my favorite.
