1 pkg wonton wrappers1 pound cooked shrimp4 chopped scallions (green onions)4 cloves garlic1 pinch of salt1 pinch of blackpepper1 teaspoon of ginger soy sauce to taste2 eggs ( beaten)vegetable oil
Combine shrimp, scallions, garlic, salt, pepper, soy sauce, ginger, and eggs in food processor and blend down.
Put 1 teaspoon of filling on top of each wonton.
Seal with water around edges.
Boil in water for 15 minutes. Drain off water.
Fry in skillet in veg. oil till lightly brown. Serve with dipping sauce.
Serving Size: makes 20 to 25 wontons serving size per person 4 wrappers
