Kimmerz Psychedelic Perogies

Ingredients
12 potato and cheddar perogies2 slices turkey bacon1/2 cup low fat sour cream1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded1 green onion, chopped1 tsp hot pepper sauce
Directions
Boil the perogies according to package directions. While the perogies are cooking, brown the turkey bacon in a skillet. Remove bacon and set aside. Drain most of the fat. Drain perogies and add to the bacon fat. Saute until nicely golden and crispy (to your preference). Remove from heat. Chop the turkey backon. Place perogies in serving bowls. Top with chopped turkey bacon, dollops of sour cream, sprinkle cheddar, garnish with chopped green onion and hot pepper sauce to taste.

Serving Size: 4 side servings or 2 really yummy snack servings!
