Granny's Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients
1 can Green Giant White ShoePeg Corn1 can French style green beans (preferably seasoned - if available)1 - 8oz. container of Reduced Fat Sour Cream1 - can Cream of Celery Soup1 small white onion dicedSalt & Pepper to taste15 (or so) crushed Reduced Fat Ritz crackers (for a topping)
Directions
Mix green beans, corn, diced onion, sour cream, & cream of celery soup & salt & pepper together. Pour mixture into a casserole dish & sprinkle crushed ritz crackers on the top, evenly.
If extra desired richness (not included in nutritional info) drizzle some light melted margarine over crushed ritz topping.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until bubbly & golden.

    This was wonderful!!! I normally don't like cream of celery soup, but it was a great combination. I added one more can of green beans, and it was awesome!!! - 11/26/07
