4 flounder filets, skin off1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated1/3 cup bread crumbs1/4 tsp black pepper2 Tbl unsalted butter, melted1/2 cup milk1/3 cup flour
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Mix cheese, breadcrumbs, and pepper together. Add the melted butter and mix well. Dip each fillet in milk, then flour, then milk again, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture. Lay on a baking sheet. Bake 4-6 minutes, until fish is flaky and crust is golden.
