Kale Chips w/Agave Nector

2 c. fresh kale1 T. agave nector1 tsp. salt
1. Remove kale spine.
2. Tear kale into bite size pieces.
3. Lay out on parchment paper on cookie sheet.
4. Sprinkle agave nectar on kale.
5. Sprinkle salt on kale.
6. Put cookie sheet in oven pre-heated to 350 degrees.
7. Cook until crisp -- about 10-11 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes two 3/4 c. servings.
