Green, Eggs & Ham

Ingredients
3/4 oz. extra lean ham, diced1/2 cup chopped broccoli (cooked)1/3 cup Egg Beaters2 T chopped scallions2 T shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Spray a 5" ramekin with cooking spray.

Layer ham, then chopped broccoli. Pour Egg Beaters over. Sprinkle chopped scallions then shredded cheese on top.

Put ramekin on a cookie sheet then place in oven. Cook for 30 minutes or until golden brown and puffy and eggs are set.
