1/4 cup cahsew pieces2 Tbsp chopped shallot4 Tbsp basalmic vinegar2 tsp dijon mustard1 tsp agave nectar3/4 tsp saltground black pepper to taste
Directions
soak cashews 1 hour.
blend with shallots until chopped blend with the rest of the ingredients until smooth
