Flour Tortilla

Ingredients
Ingredients:*Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 3 cup Olive Oil, .5 cup (remove)Baking Powder, 2 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Water, tap, .75 cup
Directions
Add the oil, flour, salt, and BP to the food processor and pulse until crumbly. Add boiling water and pulse until blended. Remove from processor and knead for 3 minutes. Cut into 20 even pieces, and allow to rest for 20 minutes.

Roll pieced out very thin, and cook for 30 seconds on each side.....enjoy
