Cashew Turkey

Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil2 cloves Garlic1 cup, chopped Onions, raw2 pounds Turkey Breast tenderlion cut into bite size pieces4 cups chopped Broccoli, fresh4 cups Cauliflower, raw2.5 cups Sugar snap peas3 cups tri-colored cole slaw1.5 cups Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added)
Directions
Saute chopped onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon olive oil. When onion is cooked, add turkey breast pieces.

When turkey is cooked, add the remaining vegetables. Stir fry the vegetables until tender.

Toss in cashews. Serve over rice or cauli-rice.
