Oven Roasted Chipotle Pepper Chicken

Ingredients
1 whole chicken 4-5 poundsChipotle Pepper seasoning marinade mix1/4 cup Olive Oil (to mix with seasoning packet)1/3 cup water (to mix with marinade)2 tbsp unsalted butter (softened) to rub over chicken
Directions
Mix marinade according to package directions. Place chicken in a plastic bag and pour marinade mix over chicken. Marinade for 30 minutes in refrigerator or longer for more flavor ( marinaded for a couple of hours) Set oven to 400 degrees. Place marinated chicken in a roasting pan cover and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.(depending on your oven)
