Add curry, black & cayenne pepper to rice with 3 cups of water and cook. Heat oil in a pan and add zuchinni to saute. When zuchinni is golden brown, add red pepper, onions, mushrooms and garlic, continuing to saute. Deglaze pan with white wine, turn off heat and let any liquid reduce. Add saute to rice, combine/fluff and serve.
