EARTH DAY BARS

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup reduced fat baking mix (Bisquick)1 1/2 cup instant oats1 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup softened butter1 egg1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1 cup of "add-ins" (any combo) coconut, chocolate chips, dried pineapple, nuts, raisins
Directions
Lightly spray 13 x 9 pan with Pam. Stir baking mix, instant oats, brown sugar and cinnamon into a large bowl. Cut the softened butter into the mix until crumbly. Stir in the egg. Mix your "add ins" into the mixture and then press it all into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 17 min or till lightly brown around edge.

Cut into 24 pieces.
