Pumpkin Bread Pudding

Ingredients
1 cup fat free half and half1/2 cup fat free milk3/4 cup canned solid pack pumpkin1/2 cup sugar2 large eggs plus 1 yolk1/4 teaspoon salt1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 teaspoon ground ginger1/8 teaspoon ground allspicepinch of ground cloves5 cups 1-inch cubed day-old French bread3/4 stick unsalted butter, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 with rack in the middle

Whisk together cream, pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs, yolk, salt and spices in a bowl.

Toss bread cubes with butter in another bowl, then add pumpkin mixture and toss to coat. Transfer to an ungreased 8-inch square baking dish and bake until custard is set, 25-30 minutes
