Mushrooms in Marsala Wine Sauce

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Earth Balance Butter or 2 Tbsp. Extra Light Olive Oil1/4 cup onion minced3 Garlic Cloves minced1/4 cup Scallions/Green Onions chopped1/4 cup Shiitake Mushrooms1/4 cup Baby Brown Mushrooms1 cup White Mushrooms2/3 cup Marsala Wine1/4 cup Light CreamPinch Black Pepper4 oz Ronzini Smart Taste Thin SpaghettiItalian Parsley chopped (garnish)
Directions
Melt butter in heated pan
Add garlic, onions and scallions, sautee for 5-6 minutes
Bring 2 cups water to boil and add pasta
Add mushrooms and pepper, sautee for 6 minutes
Add cream
Drain pasta before fully cooked
Toss pasta into pan
Garnish with parsley
