Ingredients
10 eggs0.5 cup milk (2% used for nutritional data)1 cup sliced mushrooms1 cup chopped fresh spinach0.5 cup bell pepper, chopped0.25 cup onion, copped1 cup shredded cheese0.5 tea saltpepper to taste
Directions
Beat eggs, adding milk while mixing. Add chopped vegetables and cheese, stir in lightly. Pour mixture into greased 8x8 pan. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes, or until firm.
