Ingredients
Makes 10 2 tbls servings.3/4 cup cottage cheese1/3 cup butter milk2 tbls lemon juice1 tbls chopped onion2 ounces blue cheese crumbled1.4 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper
Directions
1. Put cottage cheese, butermilk, lemon juice, and onion into blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy

2. Add blue cheese, salt, pepper, blend a few seconds to combine the ingredients but leave some cheese chunks. Cover and chill. Stir before serving.
