Fruit Salsa

Ingredients
*Apples, fresh, 2 medium *Strawberries, fresh, 1 pint as purchased, *Grapes, 1 cup, seedless *Pineapple Tidbits 100% Pineapple juice, 1/4 cup (Drained)*Diet Lemon Lime Soda (such as Sprite, 7-Up) 2 oz
Directions
Rinse and Wash all fruit.
Peel and Core Roughly Dice Apples,
Cut Tops off strawberries Roughly Dice
Quarter Grapes
Drain Pineapple
Diet Soda (stops fruit from turning brown)

Put all ingredients in a food processor, pulse until desired consistency! Scoop into a bowl using a slotted spoon to leave any extra juices behind.

Serve with Graham Cracker sticks, Cookies or Layer into a Parfait using Sugar free Chocolate and Vanilla Pudding.
