Herbed Broccoli Bake

Ingredients
12 ounces broccoli florets, steamed2 tsp. Smart Balance spread1/2 cup celery, chopped1/4 cup mushrooms, drained and chopped1/2 cup vegetable stock1 tsp. Italian herb seasoning1/2 cup fat free grated parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam 4-5 minutes or until just tender. Drain and keep warm.
2. Melt butter/spread in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions, celery and mushrooms 4-5 minutes or until tender.
3. Stir in stock and seasoning. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer another 2 minutes.
4. Stir in broccoli. Transfer mixture to a baking dish sprayed with Pam. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake 15 -20 minutes.
