BWDW Fat Burning Black Eye Pea Soup

Ingredients
1 lb Turkey Italian Sausage3 cans black eye peas, rinsed, drained1 can low sodium chicken broth1 onion, chopped2 yellow sweet potatoes, peel and diced2 c fresh spinach
Directions
Remove casting and brown with onions. Add potatoes. Cook until done, about 20 minutes. Add broth, beans and simmer. Add spinach when almost done cooking.
