Ingredients
2.5 cups old fashioned rolled oats3/4 cups dried cranberries1 cup nuts (your choice)1/4 cup brown sugar1/8 tsp cinnamon1/4 vegetable oil1/4 cup honey4 tsp vanilla
Directions
preheat oven to 300 degrees F
spray baking sheet with non stick cooking spray
mix oats, nuts, cranberries, brown sugar, and cinnamon in bowl
combine oil, honey in saucepan; bring to simmer, remove from heat - add vanilla - pour over oat mixture - mix thoroughly
spread on baking sheet - bake 30 min., stirring occasionally
let cool completely so there will be "clumps"
store in air tight container
