Crock Pot Pot Roast

Ingredients
4 pound chuck roast1 can cream of chicken soup1 pack onion soup mix1 onion1/4 cup white wine1/2 cup carrots1/2 cup mushrooms
Directions
brown meat
put in crock pot, top with soup *undiluted*
pour wine down side of crock pot
cut onion into rings, put on top of crockpot
cook on low 7 hours or so
last 1/2 hour add carrots & mushrooms
