spicey beef tacos

Ingredients
1/2 pound lean ground beef1 onion chopped1 tbsp garlic2 tbsp chili powder1 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese1 cup shredded lettuce1/2 cup diced tomatoes1/2 cup sour cream1/2 cup salsawhole wheat tortilla or taco shell
Directions
brown beef, add onion, garlic, chilli powder and water.
place small amount of beef mixture in taco shell, then top with other ingredients as desired. or break up taco shells or chips and mix in for taco salad
