Ingredients
Beef: plate/skirt/fajita steak 3 oz Olive Oil, 1 1tsp Lemons, 1 fruit without seeds Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash A1 Steak Sauce, 1 tsp
Directions
Heat cast iron skillet .

In small bowl mix olive oil, lemon juice salt, pepper and A1 sauce, then brush on steak, place steak in skillet and cook to desired consistency,

serve 1
