Ingredients
1 lb beef stew meat abt 2 Tbs Olive oil1/3 sm red Onion1 can each (14.5 oz): Stewed tomatoes Peas Green Beans Whole Corn1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)abt 9 potatoes peeled and diced
Directions
Brown meat in olive oil, then add all ingredients except peas, green beans, and corn. add enough water to cover. Bring to boil, then simmer abt 50 minutes stirring occasionally to avoid sticking. add canned vegetables, warm through, abt 10 minutes.
