General Tso Chicken & Shrimp

Ingredients
* *Asparagus Stir Fry, Birds Eye (1.75c frozen, 1c cooked), 2 cup * *Chicken - Great Value Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4 oz * *3 oz Extra Large Shrimp (approx 7 shrimp), 2 serving * *general tso sauce, 4 tbsp * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
Directions
Cook boneless chicken breast until halfway done. Thaw cooked shrimp. Add 1 tsp olive oil to pan, add entire bag of frozen veggies, fry for 2 min. Add chicken and sauce, fry for 5 min. Add shrimp and fry till hot. That's it. Just serve plain or over rice. Rice not included in nutrition information.
